Located in a quiet residential area only a few blocks from the main business district, 1 block to Clark's Market grocery store, & 3 blocks to Lift 7 for skiing, it doesn't get more peaceful yet convenient than this. 1 off street parking permit for the condo-adjacent parking lot, private wifi network, and on-site coin operated laundry complete the convenience of this functional and comfortable space.
